These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wheel of Life mobile application (“App”), operated by AGORA LABS TECNOLOGIA E MARKETING LTDA (CNPJ: 58.310.168/0001-83), a company governed by the laws of Brazil (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 4 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Anonymous Use

You may use the App anonymously. We do not require account creation or personal identification to access the app’s core features.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect non-personal data, including usage data, journal entries, and to-dos, to improve functionality and user experience.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you input, including notes, reflections, goals, and tasks.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the App.

5. Free Trial and Subscriptions

Users can try the App for free by creating one Wheel of Life.

To access full functionality, a paid subscription is required.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled by the user.
You may cancel anytime via your device’s app store settings.

6. Features

Customizable Categories – Choose the life areas that matter most to you.
Intuitive Visualizations – Instantly see where you’re thriving and where to focus.
Progress Tracking – Keep a history of your assessments and track growth.
Metrics Tracking – View trends, highs, lows, and averages for each category.
Actionable To-Dos – Set goals and take small steps toward improvement.
PDF Export – Share your Wheel or category progress easily.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Harm or disrupt the App or its users
Scrape, reverse engineer, or extract data from the App
Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
Impersonate others or submit false information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee any results, accuracy, or specific outcomes related to your use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGORA LABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to your claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

If changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and notify users within the App or via the app stores.
